1987-1993

Turner Warning 1980s

This warning screen from Turner Home Entertainment is the same as the MGM/UA Home Video warning used in the 1980s, but with WARNING in 3D, and the warning text in large print.

As seen on VHS, such as The Flintstones: Dino and Juliet (1964), News at 11 (1986), Clash of the Champions (1987), Citizen Kane (1941), Top Cat and The Beverly Hills Cats (1989), and others.

1991-1997

Turner FBI Warning Screen 1

The warning screen from Turner Home Entertainment is the same as the even numbered Hanna-Barbera Home Video warning screen.

This warning screen has a surprise appearance for Columbia TriStar Home Video (now Sony Pictures Home Entertainment) for Castle Rock Entertainment eras from 1994-1997.

For Cartoon Network Video releases for Hanna-Barbera eras. The background for Cartoon Network checkerboard warning screen, which includes Scooby-Doo.

For Turner Classic Movies releases, the warning text and symbol without the rectangle is on a piece of brown paper on a background of classic movie posters.

In 1997, Turner Entertainment Co., Turner Pictures, Hanna-Barbera, Inc., Cartoon Network, Castle Rock Entertainment and other Turner-owned companies, now belong to Warner Bros Entertainment.
