These are the warning screens from Orion Home Video. In 1978, Orion Pictures, was working with Warner Bros., but in 1982, Orion Pictures and Warner Bros. have been separated but Orion Pictures, which owns Hemdale, Filmways and American International in 1980s, keeps on going until in 1998 or 1999, Orion Pictures has been defuncted but relaunched in 2013. These Orion movies are distributed by Warner Bros. from 1979-81 and MGM in 1982-99.

The warning screen from Orion Home Video and Filmways Home Video is the same as the Warner Home Video Warning Screen from 1984-2004, especially with the "$250,000 fine" details and a rounded side at the end of this. This product looks very similar to the WCI/Warner Home Video warning screen from 1978-1981. This was also used for SouthGate Entertainment (for Shapiro Glickenhaus eras), Warner Reprise Video, Warner Music Vision and Shapiro Glickenhaus Home Video.
